How do I make sure my VIP details are up to date?
When logged into your account, navigate to 'My Account' > 'Edit Details'.
Keeping your details up to date will ensure you receive your VIP benefits.
- Password
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Birthday
If you are in store, ask a staff member to help update your details for you.
I forgot my password
Simply click on the VIP Login icon and 'Reset password'. You will be redirected to a page to 'Set your password'. Follow the prompts to reset your password and log in.
