Instore Purchase:
When purchasing at one of our Free Standing Sportscraft Store , please advise the sales assistant that you would like to redeem your rewards on your purchase. This can be done by providing your account details.
The team will check your current available rewards and apply the amount you are wanting to use towards your purchase.
Please be advised: You cannot redeem your rewards at David Jones and MYER locations.
Online Purchase :
Once you have finished shopping and are ready to finalise your purchase, please proceed to the checkout page where you will be able to apply your rewards.
When you are ready to checkout your bag will show your current items and inform you if you have any rewards.
- At checkout you will see your Payment options on the left and your order summary and rewards balance on the right ( when using a desktop). If you are using a mobile device this will further down the page once you have been directed to checkout.
2. Under your order summary, your current rewards balance will be displayed.
3. Enter the amount you would like to use of your rewards balance in the “ Apply Rewards Value ” box. You can apply any amount available from your rewards.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Once this has been applied to your order the rewards balance will update immediately.
If you have used your full reward the balance will indicate $0
If you only use part of your rewards the remaining balance will displaced
