Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.
Gift cards are valid at Sportscraft freestanding stores and the Sportscraft online store (by entering your gift card number and PIN at checkout).
Gift cards are not redeemable at David Jones or clearance stores, are not redeemable for cash, gift vouchers or on licensed product.
At checkout please:
- Enter the Gift Certificate Code/Number in the Enter Gift Card Number field
- Enter the pin number in the Enter Pin Number field
- Click APPLY to redeem.
- A message will appear to let you know that your gift certificate has been successfully applied.
As vouchers are classed as a payment term the amount of the voucher will not reduce the total value of your order.
However, once you submit the order you will be provided a breakdown of the voucher amount and what has been debited from your credit card (value of the order minus the voucher amount).
