If you would like to change your address or you have realised that there is a mistake in the delivery address, we would advise to log into MyPost and use the tracking service to redirect the parcel while it is in transit. Please note: this will only become an option once the parcel is in transit.
Orders that Australia Post cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be returned to sender. Please note that orders returned to sender may take 5-10 business days to be delivered back to us.
Once received, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange dispatch to the correct address.
