If you would like to change your address or you have realised that there is a mistake in the delivery address, please log into MyPost to redirect the parcel. This option is only available once the parcel is in transit.
Orders that Australia Post cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be returned to sender. Please note that orders returned to sender can take up to 10 business days to be delivered back to us. Once received, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange delivery to the correct address.
