Your online order will include an Easy Return label. Follow the instructions included in the order, simply apply your Easy Returns label to the parcel you are returning and drop off at your nearest Australia Post Box or Office.

In your return parcels, please include your original Packing List from your order ensuring you complete the form advising us of which items you are returning and your return reason code.
Please keep a record of your tracking number as proof of sending. We will not offer refunds on parcels that do not have proof. We cannot offer refunds on parcels that may become lost in the post.
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the parcel, excluding the returns postage cost ($6.99 for using the easy returns label).
