We are happy to offer a refund for change of mind on all products within 21 days of receiving your order(excluding purchases made during extended returns period).
We are happy to offer a full refund for online purchases including full-price and sale items. Items noted as 'final sale' are not eligible for change of mind return, and can only be returned if deemed faulty by our team.

For change of mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
Afterpay and PayPal purchases are valid for refund via post and in our freestanding stores (excludes David Jones and Clearance stores).
Exchanges are only available in our freestanding stores (excludes David Jones and Clearance stores).
We cannot offer an exchange on Afterpay and PayPal purchases.
As per your statutory rights, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
A major problem is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn't do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Returns information for split shipments
We may fulfill your order from different locations in split shipments. If you receive multiple parcels please make sure you return the garments from the same order in one parcel with an Easy Returns label. To ensure our return is processed correctly, please post garments from the same order on one parcel.
For example, if you received two parcels from the same order and would like to return them please post them back in one parcel. This will ensure you will only be charged one return fee. If you send them back separately you may be charged an additional fee.
