If you want to change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund from our Online Store on all products within 21 days of receiving your order, in line with our Returns Policy.
NOTE: We understand that you may have purchased items online or in-store and were unable to return due to COVID-19 restrictions. For eligible purchases, we are extending our returns policy to accept returns when your local store reopens in line with easing of restrictions.
All items sold online are eligible for refund providing they meet the returns requirements, including sale and outlet items. Exchanges are only available in our freestanding stores (excludes David Jones).
For change of mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
Items purchased during Sale, Clearance, Outlet or on discount, that meet the returns requirements, are all eligible for refund.
Afterpay and PayPal purchases are valid for a refund via post and in our freestanding stores (excludes David Jones & Ballantynes). We cannot offer an exchange on Afterpay and PayPal purchases.
As per your statutory rights, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn't do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Returns information for split shipments:
We may fulfill your order from different locations in split shipments. If you receive multiple parcels please make sure you return the garments from the same order in one parcel with an Easy Returns label. To ensure our return is processed correctly, please post garments from the same order on one parcel. For example, if you received two parcels from the same order and would like to return them please post them back in one parcel. This will ensure you will only be charged one return fee. If you send them back separately you may be charged an additional fee.
