Returning via Post
We welcome returns via post for online purchases within 21 days of delivery. This is subject to our Refund policy and your consumer guarantees. More information on this can be found here
Please note, products purchased in our freestanding stores cannot be returned via post.
Please use the below checklist before returning your products via post:
- Product was purchased from our online store.
- Product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Product is not faulty or damaged - please contact our friendly Customer Care team for assistance with returning any faulty or damaged product from an online purchase. You will be required to submit the online order number, details of the fault or damage, and any relevant photos for assessment.
- In your return parcel, please include your Order Confirmation email.

If you receive multiple parcels in one order, you are welcome to return these in one parcel.
Customers are responsible for any return postage costs for change of mind returns via post.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, this can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your parcel.
We do not accept responsibility for any delivery issues or lost parcels sent by customers. It is advised that customers should securely pack their parcel, clearly display the return label, and keep a record of the tracking number for your returned parcels. Customers will need to liaise with the courier/delivery provider for any lost parcels.

Returns In Store
If you are not entirely happy with your product purchased in-store or online, you can return your purchase in-store (excluding David Jones, Ballantynes, Smith & Caugheys, and Clearance stores) within 21 days. This is subject to our Refund Policy and your consumer guarantees. More information on this can be found here.

- Proof of purchase is present and will be provided along with the returned product.
- Paypal purchases are valid for refund only.
- Sportscraft purchases in David Jones, Ballantynes, Smith & Caughey's stores are subject to their refund policies and procedures.
