We welcome returns via post for online purchases within 21 days of delivery. Please lodge your return through the Australia Post Returns Portal below.
Product purchased in our freestanding stores and David Jones cannot be returned via post.

Please use the below checklist before returning product via post:
- Product was purchased from our online store.
- Product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Product is not faulty or damaged - Please contact our friendly customer care team for assistance with returning any faulty or damaged product from an online purchase. You will be required to submit the online order number, details of the fault or damage, and any relevant photos for assessment.
Customers are responsible for any return postage costs for change of mind returns via post.
Once your return parcel is received, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.
We do not accept responsibility for any delivery issues or lost parcels sent by customers. It is advised that customers should securely pack their parcel, clearly display the return label, and keep a record of the tracking number for your returned parcels. Customers will need to liaise with Australia Post for any lost parcels.

Returning In Store
If you are not entirely happy with your product purchased in-store or online, you can return your purchase to any of our freestanding stores (excluding David Jones and Clearance stores) within 21 days of receiving your purchase. This is subject to our Return Policy and your consumer guarantees. More information on this can be found here.
Please use the below checklist before returning products to our freestanding stores:
- Product was purchased in our freestanding store or our online store.
- Product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is present and will be provided along with the returned product.
- Afterpay, Paypal & Klarna purchases are valid for refund only.
Please note that Sportscraft purchases in a David Jones store or David Jones online are subject to David Jones’ refund policies and procedures.
